Thank you for shopping with Toronto Pen Shoppe. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Note: All parcels will arrive be packed in a ploy mailer packaging.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delay on order fulfillment if there is a missing item on your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few extra days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone call.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or added billing for Extended Area Surcharge Fee will be emailed to the customer.

Providing service to and from less populated or accessible domestic and international areas carries higher operating costs. The delivery and extended area surcharges are assessed to more accurately reflect the cost of providing service to these areas.

Please check the link below if your postal code is included on Extended Area Surcharge list. Note: This surcharge is collected by the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times from the date your order is fulfilled:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance from the shoppe, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to [24–48 hours] to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Toronto Pen Shoppe is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Toronto Pen Shoppe is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
