This techo was created in collaboration with Natal Design, an apparel brand that interprets art and culture through a unique lens, translating that vision into clothing, camping gear, and more through thoughtful design and details.
Spreading vividly across the entire cover of the Weeks is the brand’s iconic Lucky Swallow motif. The all-over print of swallows, birds said to bring good luck, comes alive against the chic, black background of the cover. A special texture has been applied exclusively to the swallow portions, so you can feel their distinctive surface when you run your fingertips across them.
The spine is a vivid turquoise, creating a striking contrast against the black cover.
On the front and back covers, Natal Design’s logo and a message that embodies the brand’s philosophy are foil-pressed in gold, catching the light elegantly as the angle shifts.
The Hobonichi Techo Weeks comes with a clear, adhesive corner pocket you can stick anywhere you like.
The pages are made of thin and light yet durable Tomoe River paper that holds ink well, providing a smooth writing experience.
In addition to the monthly calendars and weekly pages, there are also plenty of grid-lined memo pages.
The back of the book contains bonus pages. Both the Japanese and English editions feature standard favorites like My 100 and the 365 Days Check-Off Sheet, as well as new additions like Phrases to Break That Writer’s Block and the Hobonichi’s Neighborhood: Kanda/Jinbo-cho Map, among others.
