Feast your eyes this holiday season!
The Capsule Collection returns this holiday season in a mouthwatering package. This set contains 3 bottles of 15ml fountain pen ink, with each color taking inspiration from local desserts and delicacies.
“Bibingka” is a delectable ink with a buttery yellow base and tints of orange shading, sprinkled on top with silver shimmer. Bibingka is a baked rice cake usually eaten for merienda or breakfast, especially during the Christmas season. It is traditionally cooked in a teracotta oven lined with banana leaves and made with ground soaked glutinous rice (galapóng), water, and coconut milk.

"Puto Bumbong" is a delicious dark purple ink, topped with a resplendent gold shimmer. Puto bumbong is traditionally steamed in bamboo tubes and made from a unique heirloom variety of glutinous rice called 'pirurutong' (also called tapol in Visayan), which is deep purple to almost black in color. It is often sold at food stalls and markets after 'Simbang Gabi' (dawn masses) during the Christmas season.

"Tsokolate" is an enticing dark brown ink. Tsokolate or Hot Chocolate, is traditionally made in the Philippines with tabliya/tablea, water, milk, and sugar.Tablea refers to roasted, ground cacao beans molded into round tablets. There are often no other ingredients or additives added, but some tableas are sweetened with muscovado sugar. Tablea doesn't go through the same refining processes as most cocoa powders, so it retains a deep, earthy chocolate flavor. A perfect holiday treat at any table!
