A double-sided 16-page accordion card printed with the letters “HAPPY” on one side and “BIRTHDAY” on the other, each appearing in a different design. It has three ruled pages on the front side.
Printed on luxury navy paper, it features that each letter is designed using layered tape motifs, including nebula-like patterns, combining two different line weights.
To make the colors vivid, we first printed three layers of white ink as a base, followed by six additional layers in CMYK, silver, and fluorescent pink. This nine-pass printing process results in a vibrant and richly detailed finish.
When folded, it is palm-sized, but when opened, it spreads out to a width of about 20 inches, making it easy to display like a mini garland.
The center fold is accented with two brass jump rings, and the envelope is made of Japanese paper sprinkled with fine glass flakes.
