The Hobonichi Techo Original is a one-page-per-day techo in A6 size (the same size as a paperback book). It’s the standard format of the Hobonichi Techo, now in its 26th year since the 2002 edition. The daily pages give you plenty of space to write schedules, journal entries, and notes; paste in tickets and photos; sketch; and much more.
The page design is based on a 3.7 mm grid layout, refined through countless adjustments over the years. It makes writing schedules and prose neat and easy, and is just as handy whenever you want to sketch a diagram or drawing.
One of the most distinctive features of the Hobonichi Techo is the Daily Quotes. One carefully chosen quote from the Hobonichi website appears on each daily page, making the techo a pleasure to read through as well as write in.
The Original is available in both a Monday-start and a Sunday-start calendar format. The text printed on the cover is gray on the Monday-start edition and red on the Sunday-start edition.
