The line width changes according to the way you hold the pen and the pressure you apply to the pen, allowing you to write letters with a sharp edge, such as tome*hane*harai, and expressive lines with intonation.

The pen is equipped with a newly developed tip that moves up and down inside the nib in accordance with writing pressure to optimally control ink flow. This allows the user to write clearly and comfortably without exerting force, and prevents smudging.

The soft cover covering the tip of the pen nib reduces friction with the paper, allowing smooth writing without snagging.

The pen can write characters with tome*hane*harai and crispness, which could not be expressed with conventional ballpoint pens. For the first time in the world, the line width of a ballpoint pen can be changed according to the writing style and pressure. When the pen is held upright or when writing with low pressure, the strokes become thinner. When written lying down or with strong pressure, the strokes become thicker.
